No. The fare ends at Ao Thammachat pier on the mainland. You buy the ferry ticket there (about 90 THB, cash) and walk on; on Koh Chang a songthaew or your resort's pickup takes you to the beach. Taking the car across costs extra — ask when you book.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
In Thai baht cash to the driver at the end of the trip. Nothing is charged when you book and there is no deposit. If you can only pay by card, message us on WhatsApp or LINE and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
