No. Laem Sok Pier is the mainland pier for the boats to Koh Kood. The Koh Chang ferry leaves from Ao Thammachat pier in Laem Ngop, a different pier: for Koh Chang, book the Koh Chang ferry-pier run instead.
How do I pay?
In Thai baht cash to the driver at the end of the trip. Nothing is charged when you book and there is no deposit. If you can only pay by card, message us on WhatsApp or LINE and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. We charge the fee by PayPal payment request. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number or the number of passengers can be changed free of charge.
